URVASHI

Interesting part of indian mythology is it has all kinds of elements to allure human mind….often it is associated with only gods and goddesses which is only one aspect of this vast subject. One among many other characters is apsara or nymph. Apsaras are exceptionally beautiful, supernatural beings.They excel in the art of dancing in the court of Indra (king of gods somewhere in heavens) to entertain and sometimes sent to seduce gods who pose threat to his Kingdom and to sages on earth whose aspirations seem dangerous to his throne.
URVASHI, one of the most beautiful apsara of all, was believed to control hearts…played interesting and intriguing roles to add spice and flavour in mythological tales.
